TTapObserves Privacy Policy

Quality Care Preference LLC operates TTapObserves. This Privacy Policy explains how information associated with TTapObserves may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected.

This policy applies to TTapObserves technology services. It does not replace Quality Care Preference LLC’s separate healthcare Notice of Privacy Practices governing protected health information arising from clinical services.

1. Information We May Process

Depending on the features you use, TTapObserves may process information you provide directly, such as your name, contact information, creator-profile information, project information, videos, images, audio, captions, scripts, product information, content preferences, and other material you intentionally submit.

When you authorize a supported third-party platform, TTapObserves may receive information permitted by the scopes you approve. This may include platform account identifiers, basic profile information, authorization tokens, publishing permissions, content identifiers, posting status information, and analytics made available through the applicable authorized interface.

TTapObserves may also maintain technical logs necessary for security, troubleshooting, performance, and service operation.

2. TikTok Authorization

When TikTok integration is enabled, authorization occurs through TikTok’s approved authentication and developer processes.

TTapObserves does not need your TikTok password to use an OAuth-based connection.

Access and refresh tokens received through authorized integration will be used only for functions permitted by the authorization granted to TTapObserves.

We will request only permissions reasonably required for enabled features.

3. How We Use Information

TTapObserves may use information to authenticate authorized users, provide requested creator tools, prepare and process content, transmit authorized content to connected services, maintain project continuity, manage publishing workflows, provide analytics or performance information, protect the service, troubleshoot technical problems, comply with law, and improve authorized TTapObserves functionality.

4. Content Publishing

When you direct TTapObserves to upload or publish content through a connected platform, information necessary to perform that action will be transmitted to that platform.

Once information is submitted to TikTok or another connected service, that service’s own privacy policy, terms, retention practices, and account controls also apply.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

Certain features may use automated or AI-assisted processing to help prepare scripts, captions, media, story continuity, classifications, or other content.

We will not intentionally use clinical protected health information for creator-content generation unless a separate legally compliant arrangement expressly permits that use.

6. Clinical Information Is Separate

TTapObserves is not a clinical patient portal.

Do not submit medical records, psychotherapy notes, substance-use treatment records, Social Security numbers, health-insurance identifiers, or other clinical protected health information into TTapObserves unless QCP has specifically designated a compliant clinical workflow for that purpose.

Receiving behavioral-health services from Quality Care Preference LLC does not require use of TTapObserves.

7. Information Sharing

TTapObserves may disclose information to connected platforms when you authorize an action; to vendors or service providers performing functions on QCP’s behalf under appropriate contractual or security controls; when required by applicable law or valid legal process; when reasonably necessary to investigate security incidents or misuse; or in connection with a lawful business transaction subject to applicable privacy obligations.

TTapObserves does not sell creator-account passwords.

TTapObserves will not represent that third-party platform data belongs to QCP when it remains controlled by the applicable platform or user.

8. Advertising and Commercial Relationships

If TTapObserves later supports advertising, affiliate commerce, sponsorships, or product recommendations, applicable disclosures and privacy practices will be provided as required.

Creator data will not be represented to advertisers as clinical patient information.

9. Data Retention

Information will be retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide requested services, maintain security and business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary by information type and connected-platform requirements.

10. Security

QCP will use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect TTapObserves data.

Authentication tokens and other credentials should be protected from unauthorized disclosure and should not be placed in publicly accessible source code.

11. Account Disconnection

Users may revoke TTapObserves permissions using controls supplied by TikTok or another connected platform where available.

Revoking authorization may prevent TTapObserves from accessing or performing future functions on that account.

12. Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

You may contact QCP to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained directly by TTapObserves, subject to applicable law, security verification, legitimate retention requirements, and technical limitations.

Requests concerning information maintained independently by TikTok or another platform may need to be submitted directly to that platform.

13. Children

TTapObserves is not intentionally directed to children under 13.

Creator-account functionality intended for adults will be subject to applicable platform age requirements.

14. Third-Party Services

TTapObserves may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. QCP is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of those services.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when TTapObserves functionality, legal requirements, or data practices change. The current version will be posted with its effective date.
